Mike Emery

Mike Emery is well known not only as world class strategic brand consultant for Corporates and Government but also as a developer of early stage/start-up businesses for investment, international reach or sector growth.

From 2001-10, Mike enjoyed an absorbing 9-year Regional Partnership with Wolff Olins, the multi-national business/brand consultancy (London & New York), an award-winning creator and developer of some of the world’s biggest and evolutionary brands like Orange, GE, Unilever and 2012 Olympics.

Mike has also owned or helped to manage a number of private and public companies internationally – either as CEO or as an active board director – and so has plenty of hands-on experience and knowledge of operational issues and commercial sensitivities.

He is a 16-year former Faculty member and an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurial Studies for Israel’s most prestigious business college in the creation of world-renowned, fast-track degree programs and Business Development for would-be graduate and post-graduate entrepreneurs*. Mike also sits on the Good Design Council of Australia.

His consultancy work is truly international with a base of recent clients in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Far East, North America and Australia.

Dr Tony Grundy


Tony has a world-class reputation and extensive experience of strategic reviews, corporate turnarounds, restructuring, M&A, managing economic value, performance improvement and strategic cost management -gained at KPMG and also independently over 25 years.

He specializes in how brand and business strategy creates economic value and is considered an expert on auditing existing strategies.

Tony has been a leading figure at Henley Business School and also at Cranfield where he taught for 15 years. He holds a Doctorate in Strategy & Economic Value, two Masters Degrees (Organizational Management and Strategic Team Building), as well as being a fully qualified Accountant and an MBA.

His projects include banking and financial services, distribution, IT and telecoms, leisure, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, energy and utilities. His work worldwide has led to major cost reduction, selective divestment, renewed growth-and increased profitability for his clients.

Claudius has enjoyed over 30 years in brand creation, reinvention, management and communication for some of the world’s top agencies and award-winning consultancies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Addison and as a board director of many years at Wolff Olins.

He specializes in leading major vision, identity and brand projects for some of the world’s top corporates, market sectors and countries.

His sector and international experience is vast; including leading projects for countries, Olympics, automotive, transport, retail, financial services, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and utilities, many of which have been connected to pre or post M&A situations and changes in leadership.

Claudius’s great skill is in identifying opportunities, devising solutions and kick-starting management teams into action for the best possible results. As a leading optimistic, business analytical and creative mind, his successful track record for inventing and re-inventing companies and markets enjoys a global reputation.
